deleted by blogger.com" (no quotes). If you add quotes, I'm number 1. Also:
terminated by Blogger.com: #1
terminated by Blogger: #18 (note the difference when adding ".com" to the search query)
not looked upon favorably: #2
deleted by Blogger: #60 (again note the missing .com; still #60 on two fairly common words is pretty good)
I've opened an
AdWords account to match likely keywords for anyone else searching for why Blogger.com would delete their account with no warning or explanation.
You do know that Blogger.com is owned by Google, right?
