1954 Sundress and Bolero - in Progress

When I was supposed to be working on my 1930's Evening Gown, I got distracted by this really cute 1954 Sundress and Bolero pattern.

Vintage Vogue

Fabric

Totally cute hot pink with pink and red "bubbles." A friend said that it looked like strawberry soda!

Mockup

Kim and Maria helped me fit the mockup of both dress and bolero.

Underwear

I used a full girdle to get that 1950's smoothness and pointed breast look.

I made a crinoline from a Simplicity Poodle Skirt Pattern
