I probably use the chocolate glaze more than the cocoa, because it is easy to keep chocolate chips on hand.3 tablespoons butter or margarine
In small saucepan, combine butter, corn syrup and water; place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Cool to room temperature.
Makes about 1 cup glaze
I'll make the cocoa glaze if I happen to have whipping cream for something else I'm baking.1/2 cup whipping cream

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is smooth. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool to desired consistency.
