I'm very excited to have found a garlic bread that we can eat and still eat healthily.
I found this recipe in LA Times Food Section. Oops! I seem to have cut the date off, but it was from a Wednesday in the last week of March or beginning of April, 2002.
If you are following Weight Watchers points, each serving is 4 points.
3 servings French or Italian bread I found a french bread that was 8 servings for 2 loaves, so I used 3/4 of one of the loaves. It was 3 points per serving.
1 clove garlic, mashed I use pre-minced garlic in a jar
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 Tablespoons I can't Believe It's Not Butter Light 1 point per Tablespoon or butter, if you are not worried about fat, cholesterol, etc.
