5K training – week 4 (take 2)

(5K training, week 1, week 2, week 3, week 4 (or not))

I successfully completed week 4 though not quite in the program order.

Week 4:
Day 1 (Wednesday): Supposed to do 2.5 miles, did 2.5 miles on treadmill in ~35 minutes.
Day 2 (Saturday): Supposed to do 2.5 miles, did 3.3 miles on trail in ~48 minutes.
Day 3 (Sunday): Supposed to do 3 miles, did 2.5 miles on trail in ~33 minutes.

Week five begins today and ends on Sunday with the 2010 Santa Cruz Jingle Bell Rock – Toys for Tots 5K.
